Uma potencial psicóloga que se tornou uma Fitness coach com a alma na dança.

Aos 8 anos descobri nesta arte um refúgio. Tímida, dançava de olhos no chão mas com a energia e determinação de um mundo. Como se o corpo já soubesse tudo sobre o futuro que a tenra mente desconhecia.

O Dancehall chegou na juventude e disfarçado. O ritmo apaixonou mas a essência deste movimento cultural é que perdurou.
De mãos dadas fizemos um percurso desde 2010. Como bailarina e hoje como coreógrafa, formadora e professora.

Nesse percurso bonito e desafiante encontro-me com a Dança Terapia num percalço de vida pessoal e a necessidade de treinar um movimento mais consciente torna-se uma busca.

Este Mundo é nosso, aqui partilhamos virtualmente a nossa paixão. Aqui desafiamo-nos e saímos da zona de conforto. Aqui procuramos um crescimento pessoal e maturando a ideia de que Amor pode ser uma linguagem que se transmite através do movimento.

A potential psychologist who became a Fitness coach with her soul in dance.

At the age of 8, I discovered a refuge in this art. Shy, I danced with my eyes on the floor but with the energy and determination of the world. As if the body already knew everything about the future that the tender mind did not know.

Dancehall arrived in youth and in disguise. The rhythm was passionate but the essence of this cultural movement is that it has endured.
Hand in hand, we have been on a journey since 2010. As a dancer and today as a choreographer, trainer and teacher.

On this beautiful and challenging journey, I found myself with Dance Therapy in a personal life mishap and the need to train a more conscious movement became a search.

This World is ours, here we virtually share our passion. Here we challenge ourselves and leave our comfort zone. Here we seek personal growth and maturing the idea that Love can be a language that is transmitted through movement.
